Knowing the Water and the Area
If you are looking for a waterfront home, you should know about that body of water. Growing up in the area, I have spent much of my life on our local waterways. This helps me better understand locations, water depths, channels, sandbars, fishing and other important aspects, when purchasing a home in Virginia's Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.
